Greetings and congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I love helping couples start off right by performing weddings and marriage ceremonies in the greater San Diego area and suburbs. I have married hundreds of couples both inside and outside the church - hotels, golf courses, country clubs, restaurants, boats, beaches, private homes, etc. I take the time to provide personal and custom ceremonies, as well as "traditional", "non-denominational" ceremonies.

I would be glad to meet with you and your fiancé to begin planning your big day! If you live outside the greater San Diego area, or have a busy schedule, we can do a telephone interview instead of a meeting. But I prefer a face-to-face meeting if possible – that way we can get to know each other a bit and feel comfortable moving ahead.

Many couples today don't want a "generic" ceremony, one that looks and sounds like everyone else's. Based on our discussions, your ceremony will be uniquely yours by being completely personalized and customized. I include some of the high points of your own story – which honors you and your family, and gives your guests a peek into your relationship so they can celebrate fully with you. I only share those highlights that you choose that are fun, meaningful, and memorable.

I'd be honored to be the minister (wedding Officiant) you choose to help you get married! I have been in full-time pastoral ministry (church work) for 17 years, and have a Master of Arts degree in theology from the Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary in Fresno, CA. As a part of my ministerial duties, I have performed over 400 weddings and would love to help you celebrate on your big day! I do not perform weddings full time, like many you find on the Internet. I am a full-time minister who does weddings, not a full-time wedding minister – big difference!

I only perform a marriage ceremony if I know I can be fully present for the couple on their wedding day and the important weeks and months leading up to it! Couples I serve seem to appreciate the fact that weddings are merely a part of the ministry I offer, and that my passion is helping couples form strong, lasting marriages! Beyond that, I am a very “normal” guy who relates well with couples and their families.
